missing languages flags

Hello,

I have in some languages on website a problem with appearance of the flags and they are missing in somehow, Is there any way to fix this and make them visible??

Try to place an image flag witn name icon.png into extensions/your_language/image/ directory

I cannot find the folders of missing languages extensions at /public_html/extensions, probably they are broken when I just installed ABANTECART and re-upload the old DB, and I remember that I deleted those extensions from Admin Control panel. Shall I reinstall those extensions now??
