Error when changing content

Hello folks, I keep getting the following error when I try to change text content, any ideas on how to resolve the matter

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /AbanteCart/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you have to upgrade your abantecart. this bug was fixed in prior releases.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been away with work.
Yes my cart is fully up to date I believe, running on 1.1.4
