Affilates program is not working.

Affilates program is not working. The installation went smoothly. However, when you are prompted to become a member, back to the beginning. Does not accept the membership.
In this regard, Please help.

In Affiliate extension, each affiliate registration required to be approved by administrator.
Please check the status of the affiliate after registration.
If affiliate account is not approved, affiliate will not be able to login
