decimal calculation

Hello,

I am new to Abantecart and I'm trying to test that inline on localhost but, when I created a test order I couldn't add decimal to be calculated. and me as admin on (WCP) I couldn't edit that too, Can you tell me what is messing here???

Thanks for quick response, No Sir, it is in the quantity details. for EX. if I have one roll of fabric and its length 250.54 cm of fabric cannot add the decimals or even calculating its required payment money.
