Is there a way to adjust pricing depending on the option amounts selected.

Example
1.   I sell business cards available in quantity of the following amounts by setting up a product option named amount.
100 Cards = £5.00
250 Cards = £10.00
500 Cards = £15.00

2.   I have an additional option of lamination.
Matt = +£0 for 100 Cards
Gloss = £0 for 100 Cards
Soft = £5 for 100 Cards
If customer chooses 100 Cards at £5.00 + Matt Option at £2.00 total bill = £7.00 (All works good here)
HOWEVER
As my products vary for example
100 Cards + Soft Lamination = £15 + £5
250 Cards + Soft Lamination = £15 + £10
500 cards + Soft Lamination = £15 + £15

My Problem is how can I adjust the Lamination amount depending on the amount of cards chosen.

This dosent seem to resolve it, or certainly not in a way I can see.  I can select each element fine but there seems to be no option to allow price variation depending on choice

Each options value may have own price modifier. For multiselect type customer can choose one or few or all values

This still doesn't resolve it.  The price modifier doesn't show variable product options.  The cost difference between adding lamination to 100 cards is different to adding lamination to 500 cards.  It always show one option which is incorrect even is more are added.  The lamination cost would need to change depending on the amount of cards ordered.
