HELP I cant login in to admin site aster intial instalation

It goes through the installation process fine, takes me to the admin login in age and then wont recognise my login details
Can anyone help

Also I tried I cant use the reset login feature BUT as it keep telling me I'm putting in the wrong verification code it fails to move past the login screen as well ! getting very frustrated

Ok, my current ftp and c/panel don't allow chmod adjustments can you recommend a good free ftp programme that enable me to do this

Ok after help from  abolabo  , where he could log in but I still could not, I accessed my admin site using Firefox instead of Exploer10
worked the first time !!
Not sure why this worked but it did, maybe it will help someone else when they get stuck

probably IE10 use it's own password manager... who knows...it's a buggy stuff

 ... are clients going to have trouble using the site is they are using explorer browser ?
This could be a major deal breaker !

only when they use password manager in IE and saved wrong password into it.
