Purchase and Order Management

I need to get an extension/ module built to achieve the following
1. Admin can create orders for the customers and process them - select customer, add an order from the backend
2. Purchase and inventory control
We should be able to add suppliers, add products and purchase
3. Customise reports to reflect the purchase and profit loss for a said period
4. Drop ship - add functionality to send PO to the supplier to drop ship the goods directly to the customer
