uploading zip files

I want to sell templates on my website. The files are .zip files and are downloadable after paiement. One problem, Where i upload those .zip files.

I installed Abantecart from my cPanel.
I watched this video and read the manual instructions many times before I came here.
Where do I find the "manual txt" file shown in the video?

I did not use a txt file.Seems like the zip file uploaded but I can not download it.
Says pending.I may have a setting wrong.
I never give up so I will get it sooner or later.
