Help for Italian language extension download/installation

Hello,
someone of you guys is able to download the Italian language extension.  Or is there a way to install it ?
I found something under git hub but I'm not a programmer and I don't know how to download it.

abantecart-src/public_html/extensions/default_italian/

Here it doesn't exist ...   github.com/abantecart/abantecart-languages

Italian language should be included in your original installation.

See the image to determine how to find it and install it.

Once it is installed (it's an auto install)  you just need to turn the extension ON
