SEO urls working partially

i have enabled seo urls from settings. also checked htaccess.

all is proper as suggested in documentation.

but not all the urls have become seo friendly.

some are seo firendly and some are not.

any one has solution?

Got it.

SEO keyword must be set for each categorys, products and pages.
