Deleted Mail Message from Abantecart Reappears Constantly

Hello, 

Apologies if this topic has been addressed elsewhere. 

I have deleted mail messages from Abantecart which reappear quickly after deleting.  All other messages delete fine. These mail messages from Abantecart appear within the main Abantecart admin dashboard.

How can I permanently delete received mail from Abantecart? 

How can I prevent Abantecart from monitoring my mail in the system?  They send a new message immediately after I delete the old one. 

What and where is the connection Abantecart is using to access my mail files?

What email are you asking about? We do not send emails to AbanteCart users, we do not even know or collect emails of users.
We only send marketplace emails for registered customer once or twice per month. You can opt out from these emails in your account settings.

If you refer to messages in your admin, these are not emails and they are not sent from us, rather your instance of application generates or pulls messages.

Please clarify what message is this.

I am lost. Are you asking about Abantecart sending you emails?
