I was wondering if there is a way to add an option for Bi-Weekly and Monthly subscriptions to a product to give customer a choice to auto re-order?

I do not think there is any extension yet with subscription payment. Time for someone to create it already
There is an easy way to add and manage subscriptions with Stripe.

If I am not mistaken, there is couple of additional parameters needs to be passed at Stripe payment step.
