cart block issue

Hi
I am new to here and want to report different behaviour of cart block in all pages in mobile Vs. desktop view.
Can you please that ? In desktop view it is fine but in mobile view it takes you check out after briefly showing the total products in cart.

To further explain, this issue is there even in this forum website.
Try touching on " My Messages"in your profile it shows briefly two children(?) for half a sec then takes you to my messages page.
Whereas on touching " Modify Profile" the children (?) are held on the same page.
