Database connection error

Hello

I am getting the below error messages from time to time and as i see that it is related to a database connection issue, i contacted my host provider A2 Hosting and they say that there is no errors in their log files.

What may cause this issue??

I checked the system/config.php file and i don't see that there is anything wrong

This error occurs from time to time which means that the database connection is good and my site works perfect BUT in some moments something happens and the database connection is down, i checked with my server provider A2 Hosting and they say that there is errors in the server logs file

What other reasons may cause this database failure??

I would like to fix and optimize some issues on DB but I have a problem on orders statuses because they did caused these errors. Can you tell me how to edit old statuses on order to be deleted please?

HADY, you can not fix anything until you resolve database connection issue. Fix your database connectivity and create new thread with other unrelated to this topic questions.
