I SOLVED THE ISSUE BY CREATING A NEW DIRECTORY FOR THE STORE PAGES.
I don't know how to delete this post, so figured I would just update it.
I am having an issue I can't seem to resolve.
I am attempting to embed the shopping cart and products on my page.
It seems at those the shopping cart works but I am getting an error returned from chrome on the product (which doesn't display) :
Refused to execute script from 'http s://my-url/?rt=r/embed/js/' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

Any pointers?
