not able to install abantecart 1.2.9 version manually

hi team ,

i was trying to install abantecart 1.2.9 version manually so i can upgrade to 1.2.10 as i have backup of 1.2.9 version . But unfortunately stuck on same page not able to continue . Pls help me with this as i m trying this past 1 week . tried all my way possible .

This is the error showing on error log

Make sure you have supported PHP for AbanteCart version you install.

We recommend to use latest version v1.2.16

Hello. AbanteCart does not use Image Magick library.
Try to start the installation with the nonsecure http:// url. And enable SSL later after installation

i am installing 1.2.9 version so i can upgrade manually from 1.2.9 to 1.2.10 to 1.2.11 to 1.2.12 so on . . . bcz i have backup of 1.2.9 version .

current php version is above 7.3 currently on my hosting . can anyone tell me what is the requirement php version to install 1.2.9 version .

also i tried to install with out https . still not able to continue .

You need to switch to PHP 5.6
