Adjusting the header and Logo area

I am attempting to adjust the headerstrip width to 100% and put my Logo below the strip  is this possible and if so can someone give me some direction

Enable the Template debug in your settings https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/7569496/Debug#Debug-Templatedebug
That will give you the .tpl files you need to look and edit
