Apologies if this has already been answered but I cant seem to find an answer and I would appreciate some guidance.
Among existing products, our company makes custom-made products. Is there a way in AbanteCart to add a custom order to a customer's profile? I have looked at the Act on Behalf option but isn't quite what I'm looking for.
For example:
Customer X emails us and asks for a custom-made hat. Is it possible to manually add the order to the customer's profile and then manually mark it as paid or do I have to upload the custom product and process it through the store and then delete the product from the store once it's paid?
Any help would be appreciated.
