I am currently on Woocommerce via Wordpress, I just discovered Abantecart, I would like to know if it is a faster solution than Woocommerce ?

That's a difficult question to answer, since the "speed" of a web site is dependent on many factors, most of which are out of the control of AbanteCart. My suggestion would be to install AbanteCart on a test server and try it.

I visited your site, it wasn't that slow for me. I had to wait a bit for a few pages, but it was otherwise pretty snappy, and I am in the US.

Generally, AbanteCart is well optimized to use backed resources and have fast/optimized SQL requests. Our team dedicated a lot of time for that.
There are many other factors that can effect the performance that go beyond the code base. You need to look at hosting, versions of the PHP and database, network, etc.

I find my site slow, but maybe it depends on where you visit it. From the USA for you it's fine but my site is for Italians.
But I'll test on abantecart on a separate server, thanks

You have problems because you abuse the plugins. As soon as you remove half, the speed of the web will go faster.
