ok, i have narrowed down my issue.   the issue seems to be with "text" banners.

I can add images to "graphic" banners and they will display on the home page.  However when it comes to "Text banners i am limited to the a limit of 5 and cannot add images.  In order for me to create a new text banner i need to disable one of the existing "text" banners.  When i add an image to a text banner and save i get the following message -THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE FOUND! and it does not save the new or revised content of that banner.

So my question is how can I increase the # of text banners and how can i add images to text banners.

found out it was a issue with the server.  they whitelisted for me and now it is corrected
