Hello, I really love AbanteCart and all of its features. I just want to know how I can install Google AdSense so advertisements show up on the store. Is there a way for this to happen? If so, please let me know!

hi.
Prorably you should to edit layout of some page. see admin->design->blocks (layouts).
Just add new block with type "html" into the layout and paste google-embedding code inside of it.
