Cannot access the Admin Area

I installed AbanteCart Cart and have spent over an hour and 2 chats trying in vain to get to the Admin area. I'll have to install a different cart if I can't access the Admin area. What is the point of this cart if you can't customize it?  Yes I have read the threads and nothing works. This is so frustrating and so stupid that the writers would make it so difficult to get started. I don't have time for this.  No matter what I do I get a 403 page.

You can see link to admin area on finish step of installation process.
But AbanteCart can be installed different ways. Which way was chosen?

Anyway, if your cart already installed, you can open file public_html/system/config.php and find constant ADMIN_PATH
It's a your secret parameter to enter into admin side.
You url to admin will be https://www.your-domain.com/index.php?s=YOUR_ADMIN_PATH
