There is something missing to show the value of %s. How and where to fix it ??

Our code base does not contains text "designed by".
Please serach it in the your admin side (search input at the header).
Or try to find it via admin menu->system->localisation->language definitions.

Also try to find it inside database, table email_templates or via admin menu -> Design->email templates
