HTML5 Responsive - W3C Validation FAILED

Evolution:
Just some feedback,

On my site,
The HTML5 Validator on W3C finds 26 errors and 11 warnings when running it through the validator on the HTML5 template.

Even worse, in the AbanteCart Demo,
56 errors and 17 warnings are found.

It would be nice if the template could be completely HTML5 valid, maybe send an update for the template?

Hello.
Would you to clarify with associated errors? i mean css errors or javascript or standart compliance.
i see only css errors related to special css-rules for webkit, moz etc.

i think we can not to trust to html validator's checker because HTML5 is still a DRAFT of standart (see details http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/).

Any way, any bug-reports are welcome!
