Mobile view different from standard view?

I've noticed whenever I check my site from my mobile phone it still has a banner that I removed. Do I have to edit a different file? I'm using the default template

I also have one other thing I JUST noticed... occasionally when setting up a new category, I will add a picture just like I've done for my other 20 categories, and it won't show up?  I've deleted and reuploaded new pics and still nothing.,.

Did you try to refresh phone browser couple times?
Try to clear cache in AbanteCart
