How do I fix 403 error in text banner manager?

Hello all,
I bought the si_custom_theme today. Almost everything works and I'm very happy.

I'm trying to change the text in the text banner manager in Abantecart. When I try to save the new message I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I know I have to change permissions but I can't find where I do that in the folders of the si_custom_theme. I'm using Filezilla. Can you point me to the location so I don't advertise I have server secure HTML code for my Tee shirt business?

looks like you have a permission issue with "extensions" directory.
Can you post errors from error.log file?

What should the extensions permission be?

It didn't work. I found my error log. It's empty with no comments at all.

Ensure that the files and directories have the correct permissions. Typically, folders should have permissions set to 755, and files should be set to 644.
