Weight Based Shipping and Payment not working

Hello
I am new in abantecart and I am trying to setup Shipping by weight and Payment methods but are not working
the error mesages are the following in red line:

No shipments are available.
No payments are available.

tried everything I have read so far but none seem to fix this

Hello.
Looks like you set up the wrong configurations. Start by checking the Location config. If you limit payment or shipping to a specific Location and your customer shipping address out of it such error may occur

In SETTINGS --> STORE DETAILS  --> Weight Class: Pound

If this changes to "Gram" do not work, although when tried to "Kilograms" works!

Is this a bug?

Hello. The SETTINGS --> STORE DETAILS  is the class to show customers in the storefront. You may have STORE DETAILS  --> Weight Class: Pound but add products with gram or kgs. It will be recalculated

Does your issue related to the weight limits set in the Delivery methods?

the issue is only when select "Gram" as weight class

Delivery method (if you mean the Shipping method) is selected "Weight Based Shipping". I think only with this selection I had so far issue (I have not tried all of them though)
