Sort function of Tags

Rawinder Dhillon:
while entering product data we add Tags.
these tags are stored sorted in database .
can someone plz tell me the location where this sorting function is . as dont want tags to be sorted .

i checked and edited this file but not working

This is related to the DB, the tag is part of the index, MYSQL sort the data in the index
