Text Not showing in menu

Hi All, I have an issue with text not showing in the menu, when I have Portuguese selected, I have tried to add the translations in the root menu but even though I get the message " Success: You have modified menu!" it goes blank again once I have saved it.
I have attached screenshot to show what I mean, the links work but the text does not show.

Run the Load missing data tool to copy language definitions from English to other languages https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/15302710/Edit+Language#EditLanguage-LoadmissingData
You can also edit most of the translations in the AbanteCart admin https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/15466660/Language+Definitions

Hi thank you I have done all of that and the translations are showing as there, they just will not save into root menu.

Check the translations in the Desing menu. Please select your language in the right

Ok i get it that is what I am trying to do edit the design menu it saves but then at the end is blank again

Looks like you have some issue with your language extension

I thought that but this part of the menu is not included in the extension it is built into the cart

Ok, I have fixed this issue, I had to rewrite all of the menu items in the drop-down list and apply the same links this worked fine, no idea why it did not work from the start but got there eventually.
