Replace "Specials" with "Qty Discounts"

Hi
I want to replace the "Specials" display button to instead display all the products that are available with "qty discounts" enabled.
How do I do this ?

AH !
This is something I need to investigate, and further reading

Been thinking about this, and also came up with the idea of creating a category called "Qty Discounted items" (Or similar) and adding all the qty discounted items to this category, then displaying the category.
