Flat rate shipping question

is it possible to setup a tiered shipping using flat rate shipping?

For example, I want to setup the following flat rate prices:

0 to 10 dollars = 7.95 shipping
10 to 50 dollars = 13.95 shipping
50 to 100 dollars... etc, etc.

Is this possible?

Nevermind I answered my own question. There is an extension available that can do what I want.
