payment options not showing on checkout

Hey all -

my payment options not showing on checkout? any reasons why? the shipping calc works and all is good, but NOT a dingle payment options shows up.. i have all the latest fresh installed versions of cart and extensions.. i installed and un-installed and the RE-installed to try and fix it .. no luck.. PLEASE HELP!!

Please check settings in your payment extensions, There are set of settings that can control when payment is shown.
