turn OFF products with no image

Hello, can someone tell me if there is any easy way to turn off a product if there is no image. We have a team of people who puts product another person adds image to it and in latest product block it appears without image so it there a small code edit that I can do to achieve this? I can also hide the product if there is no image I am looking for an easy solution

this may come across as harsh,  not my intent.

Seems to me whoever is inputting the info while awaiting the image,  simply needs to select OFF in the general page  status at the top.

And the image person can turn the status to ON when the image is added.

And one can quickly scan all the products in the gird listing for products status and missing images.
