Product options to add order weight

This would be great. I use weight based shipping. At least in my case options means something extra to the product = weight increases.
So now shipping is in some cases too low because of this.

My first thought was to have you check that you have added the weight into the option.
Seems a lot of admins are unaware of the expansion.  the Wt was add a 2 or 3 versions previous, so what AbanteCart version are you using?

If you have the weight added into your options and the weight-based  extension is still not correct -  the above info will assist is helping solve your issue.

Or you can try adjust your shipping settings or consider implementing a more accurate shipping calculation method that takes into account the extra options or weight increases.
