unexpected error

Hi  ,

Everthing was working fine untill august 1st week . we got our last order ..

from last 1 month didnt get any order on website . so while examining the problem we got to know that , while confirming order after payment selection as cash on delivery . this error is showing .

You should to add column into table order_products manually via phpMyAdmin
