Mail problem - no solutions :(

Hi all,
Im trying to set up mail, however, no matter the method i try, it keeps failing.

I keep getting errors even though i am doing everything as mentioned in the documents.

For example, right now im trying again with smtp - gmail, it gives the following error.

I have enabled the 2factor auth, requested for app password, set everything up as informed, still fails and i still get the above error.

nothing seems to be working for some reasons.
Any advise?

I've copied and pasted directly, all is correct but for some reason, it's not working
