Hi core devs,

It seems that we need to have all of the blocks filled AND turned ON in the footer section of Bootstrap5 template  for the presentation to  look nice.

Is that a bug or it is coded that way intentionally?

it's definitely not a bug.
Footer tpl have a two rows with 4 blocks per row.
First row show square blocks, second with inline.
If you want to hide of ot them you can override this tpl with yours OR replace block with your html custom empty block.

Hmm  - that is a new wrinkle in managing the footer blocks.   So  there has to be some placeholder (even if blank)  in each of the 8 blocks to have a display in the order desired. 

In default template disabling a block  leaves the arrangement in place.  This is not something that seems to work in Bootstrap5.

So how is an admin suppose to "know" this difference in the template footer blocks requirements?
