Handling b2b and b2c customers

Hello,
I used many times before ECWID, but now I need some features, which are very expensive in ECWID.
Maybe somebody here would be so friendly, to give me some tips

I need a Shop-System for two different customer groups: B2B customers and B2C customers. The B2C customers get normal prices and invoices with tax. The B2B customers get special prices and an invoice without tax, if they have entered a VAT-ID.
Is this somehow possible?
