In the default contact form, the captcha does not work. I also set Google reCAPTCHA Site Key and Google reCAPTCHA Secret Key. After checking the boxes, the green sign appears, but then it says "Human verification has failed! Please try again"

Do you have some additional caches enabled on the server (PHP cache) or some 3rd party boosters/optimizers connected to your site like Cloudflare?

please note in your original post the human input is not the same as the request  -  so the failure was correct.

recaptcha is  o32de4   human input  is a32d34

You can try the ReCaptcha v2 and install AbanteCart somewhere is subfolder or subdomain to see is it works in new installation
