Title: Matomo HTML Block Not Returning Results

Hello!

Per instructions I received here once upon a time, I added our Matomo tracking code as a HTML block and then applied it throughout. The problem is, it's not returning any results. The tracking code works on all other areas of the site, just not the shop. Any idea why this would happen?

Sadly, there are no errors. I'm at the end of my rope with this one. Any suggestions?

Hello. It is possible that there is a server misconfiguration preventing Matomo from tracking your visits
