Hi,
I have seen a few posts asking how to change the color in the header section of the AbanteCart website. If you go to folders STOREFRONT - VIEW - DEFAULT_HTML5 - STYLESHEET - STYLE and then on line 467 you will need to change the color code there. SEE ATTACHMENT

I am having problem changing my header...I have gone thru this steps but I do not see the changes. Is there something else I need to do.

-
Could you please tell me step by step? Made I am missing something. Thanks for your help

are you sure that you saved changes in the style sheet when you edited the color code and put your own color code in? Plus, what I do is when I upload any changes to files to my server I make sure I first delete the file I have changed on my server first before uploading the new one. If you still have problems all I can suggest is send me the color you want your header to be and I will do the style sheet color code for you and send you it. PM me.

Ok. I will send tomorrow. Thanks

Hi deex,
thanks for the details, I have checked your style sheet and could not understand why it was totally different to mine until I checked out your website and saw that you are using the default AbanteCart Cart Template. I am using the Default HTML5 Template and my information I have posted is for changing the style header color for that one. To be perfectly honest I can not work out how to add a color to the header style in the default template. Hopefully someone on here will now read this post and realize it is the default template that you are wanting to change the header color from white to your choice and post a reply on how to do this.
