Hello.
It looks like you're using the Novator theme. For Novator, you should add the rule into this file instead: /extensions/novator/storefront/view/novator/css/tm_style.css
Alternatively, if you prefer not to edit theme files directly, there are extensions on the marketplace that let you add custom CSS safely without modifying the template, useful if you want to keep things update-proof.

You need to override CSS rule
.product-card .prod-badge {font-size: 20px;}

What is your theme name

Quote from: timlight10 on November 11, 2025, 08:24:56 AMSame host. The extension might be present on the server, I have used the same host since AbanteCart 1.3, but the extension is turned off. For safe keeping, I will uninstall and delete it from the server and see if the issue persists.

I am surprised to see that a disabled extension could still effect the checkout process.

Even if an extension is disabled in AbanteCart, its files can still be loaded by PHP. This means that any incompatible or outdated code within that extension can still interfere.

Once it's fully deleted, clear the AbanteCart cache and log

Did you migrate to a new host recently? The error clearly states you have /home4/juliann7/public_html/dps/extensions/default_pp_express/ directory

Hello.
The error you're seeing comes from the old PayPal Express extension (default_pp_express), which has been deprecated for years and is not compatible with AbanteCart 1.4.x. This extension should be completely removed from your store. Even if you are not actively using it, it can still hook into order or checkout events and trigger errors like the one in your log.

Please go to Extensions → Payments and make sure PayPal Express (default_pp_express) is uninstalled.

As for the customers who reported checkout issues, please ask them for more details so we can narrow down the cause:
What products were they trying to order?
What currency were they using?
Did they use any coupon or discount code?
At what step in the checkout did the problem occur: after selecting a delivery method, or at the payment selection step?
Which delivery and payment methods did they select?

These details will help identify whether the issue is related to a specific product, currency configuration, or payment/shipping extension.

Quote from: cartagan on November 06, 2025, 02:14:27 PMSorry to necro an old thread but I am getting this error now in 2025. Using Abantecart 1.4.2 and PayPal Commerce 1.0.7 which is built-in. I looked at the fix from this thread and the code matches. Any other things to try?
Upgrade to the latest AbanteCart 1.4.3

Hello.

What you describe does not sound like expected behavior. A couple of things to check so we can narrow it down:
1. After changing qty or deleting the item, are you clicking:
   - "Save" or
   - "Save and Recalculate"

2. Could you please let us know which AbanteCart version you are using?

3. Please also check your error log in the admin:
   - Go to System → Logs → Error Log. Look for any recent errors that appear right after you try to change/delete the order product

With that info we'll be able to reproduce and see what's going wrong.

Hello.
The "Note: Order product details has changed. Total was recalculated automatically. Review is required." message simply reminds you to double-check the order to make sure everything looks correct after the update.

Quote from: timlight10 on November 05, 2025, 05:00:44 AMI do not see any UPS extension except for the $30 one in the marketplace.
You can download it from the latest code at https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/tree/1.4.4/public_html/extensions/ups

Hello.
When you mention adding JSON-LD structured data, are you referring specifically to Google's JSON-LD schema markup for SEO (e.g., Product, Organization, or Breadcrumb structured data)?
#13
Hello.
Step 1. Apply 40% discount on product:
40 % of 29 936 = 29 936 × 0.40 = 11 974.4

Step 2. Free shipping: according to your coupon settings
Delivery = 0 (removes the 30.84 delivery cost)

That's a total savings of ≈ 11 974.40 (product) + 30.84 (shipping) = ≈ 12 005.24 saved overall

Hello.
Just to clarify, there's no need to purchase anything from the marketplace. The new UPS shipping extension we mentioned is already included with your AbanteCart installation, it's different from the old default_ups module and does not require any additional payment.

You can find and enable it by going to:
Extensions → Shipping → UPS (please ensure it's not the one labeled default_ups).
#15
The default_ups module is deprecated and not compatible with AbanteCart 1.4.3, which is why you're seeing error and the blank shipping step.

Fix:
1.Go to Extensions → Shipping, find default_ups, Uninstall (and Remove if shown)
2.Go to Extensions → Shipping, install/enable new UPS (not default_ups).
