Hi,
I've encounter 2 problems about main page banner.
1) What is the accurate pixels for picture to be use for graphic banner?
And how to make it fit nicely at the main page banner. I've tried several times but it alligned to top.
2) When I open my website using mobile phone or tablet, the main page banner shows the picture as I attached below. Which I never use in my web. When I use laptop or desktop, that picture didn't appear. Only graphic or text banner that I've set will appear accordingly. How to fix this?

I've already wait for five days for any solution. >:(
Can't figure out why that picture will appear when open website using mobile phone or tablet.

After changing the block wrapper to 'blocks/banner_block/flex_slider_banner_block.tpl', this issue solved.

You see this because it is design (planned) to show static fallback banner on the mobile resolution. Mobile screen can not show regular rotating banner due to screen size limitation.
This image is in below location and you can change it to custom image if you like.
storefront/view/default_html5/image/banner_fallback.jpg

I wanted to add that the main 'trigger' for what banner image to use as a fallback image is the actual name "fallback" for the banner name.
Not "Fallback" or "fallbacks", etc...as long as you put a banner name of "fallback" and put it with the rest of the Banner Group, it will use this one on mobile and not show it on a regular computer.
