Yes i will have to do that because in my country if you want to sell items where the price is reflected in the weight, the weight must be visible in the product description.

Abantecart does not show the weight in the description and reveals it solely at the cart or checkout phase.
For further customization, please reach out to your theme or extension developer, or review your custom modifications.

You should review the product options, when we choose an option, the product description is static and shouldn't change.

For example, I have a product with the option Lenght

Options:
40 cm
50 cm
60 cm

When i select an option 50 cm the description of the product should change and show the weight of the product.

in all cart version since adding Fast Checkout (which we really like) there is one enhancement that would add a lot of clarity to customers buying on the Fast Checkout.

Not all customers, especially stores with middle -age to order customers , are fluent in icons.
My client admins all complain about their customers not being able to understand how to add an address alternative, not edit an existing one when they are in the checkout process.

If you run the process as a customer you will see the current EDIT button ONLY takes you to the page to edit and EXISTING address. Yes, there is the right pane with the Manage Address Book, however most customer do NOT understand then need to be in the Address Book to add another address.

We would like to request that you add both the New Address and the Edit(with text) buttons on the checkout process.
The ones that are in the Address Book.

Thank you in advance for considering this. We, as developer of extensions and service providers to AbanteCart admins, have been making those adjustments to save our admins from customer confusion and complaints. Hoping you will find it a positive improvement in the new 1.4.0

Ah, thanks, this helped me to work out what to do.

In case anyone else is ever searching for how to solve this problem, the bit that I was missing is that each Admin user has their own notification settings, which you can find in the account dropdown on the top right. There you can specify which email addresses receive alerts. So to send order alerts to a different email, you can just enter that email address in your own admin account's notification settings, and you don't need the additional alert in the system mail settings at all.
