****** Help is needed 

I tried to upgrade (directly in PROD environment)abantecart from version 1.1.9(currently in used) to version 1.2.5 using the admin section - add extension 'abantecart_upgrade_125 '. While halfway of the process it shows error 'There has been a critical error processing your request'.

Now, my website is totally un-accessible.

Can someone advise :

1) How can i fix this error to bring back up the website ?
2) There is a note during the installation that automatic full backup will be created, how can i roll-back installation to v1.1.9 using the automatic full backup ?

Hope to get help as soon as possible as there is a PROD impact here. Thanks

Do we have a typical multi-vendor setup user group ?

Can we restrict multi-vendor access to only manage their products/items ? so the vendors can update their own product or items themself without havign access to other admin tools.

Hi All ,

I have set auto approval when a users signup as members(no need approval from store owner) however i notice that each time when there is a new user register there is no email notification send to the store owner. There is only an email confirmation of membership send to the registered user.

I do not want membership registration to be approve by store admin but auto approval, can abantecart v 1.1.9 have the capability to notify store owner via email each time when there is a new register member ? Thanks

I have turn only 1 active country to status "ON" and the rest status to "OFF" under admin panel setting --> localization --> countries, however when comes to the Guest checkout page(your address), there are still a full list of countries available for selection in the country drop-down box.

Can someone advise how to restrict the country drop down selection to only 1 country in the "Guest CheckOut Page" ? Thanks

Hi  ,

I have tried to remove the donate button in the main page footer via Design > Layouts > by setting none (at the bottom right hand side).

I am using html5 template.

By default the selection is "donate", after i change to none and saved. The page donate button gone. I did not do any changes in the configuration but not sure why now the donate button re appears.

I tried doing the same to remove the donate button however it is not reflecting correctly this time. Even in the admin control panel i have select "none" but the donate button still appears in the storefront. Can some advise how to solve this ? this looks like a small bug. Thanks

Hi Guys ,

I am using Abantecart V1.1.9.

What i did was only change main and banner image from Design>Banner Manager , edit the default banner name "fallback" image(as screenshot attached).

After the banner image was changed and saved, i notice there are error warning message display at the bottom of the page.
The error message was as below :

I have check below thread for similar issue but there was no resolution nor proper steps to fix this error. Nevertheless my issue was different from below thread as i did not change the template and were using the default template html5. This error arises when i started to change the banner image.

Hi Sir ,

I only had this issue one day ago. I tried to upload photos of a product from the add plus sign button, i browse the photo to upload and when upload is complete there is no preview show in the upload box.

Below is the error screenshot. I notice that there is a small pop up asking whether or not to open .json file ? the photo format is PNG. Is there a way to fix this or is this a known bug ? Thanks

Hi Sir ,

I want to add a store logo several times however after the upload button the logo remain missing or unload.

I am using abantecart ver 1.1.9, template default_html5 and uploaded the logo from settings > appearance > store logo.

Is there a specific size and format to upload the store logo ? Thanks

Can Merchant register as seller and then upload their own products/items ? Thanks

Hi Guys ,

Can someone advise how can i input discount based on percentage using abantecart and at the display site it will show the discounted percentage.

Example; when we set 70% discount in the admin control panel, the customers page will show a 70% discount on selected items.
