Hello!
I would like to give a space for registered clients to upload some files, documents, screenshots to there dashboard and Ordered History Statuses.
Can you guide me and support me in this issue please?

IT MEANS THE CLIENTS WHICH HAS ACCOUNT ON WEBSITE.

probably you can check extension Order Attributes on our marketplace that can add some additional fields into order (some form fields + file upload).
If you want to give ability to manage these files i think you should to make some custom solution.
