hi,

 I try to install Abantecart 1.2.13 but I got an error on Cpanel Installation guide as this:
php-gd 1- (detected: OFF)
php-zip 1- (detected: OFF)
php-dom 1- (detected: OFF)

I checked the php version and it is 7.2 and these are ON.

where is the mistake here please??

This is would be a question to your Cpanel or hosting provider. God knows what is happening in there.
I think php-gd and php-zip are needed

Thank you Sir,
They are turned ON but as you see, when I try to install abantecart it give me this notification, however I deleted the web space and reinstalled it again from the beginning then I installed abantecart successfully and just uploaded my old DB, shall I upload the old public_html files or I don't need that??

From old files you may need only /resources/ folder. There stored all your old images
