Hi All can you help me.. how to add a payment method only for local area  ? (not international, so i dont need paypal).

and how to set shipping method only for local area ? (i dont need UPS etc..)

i tried many times to login as a customer with the right username and password, but its always failed.
its show : Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

Can you help me? is there some step i missed?
