please check that you have the correct version of the Mercato for your AbanteCart v. 
If using AbanteCart v 1.3.3  (the latest)  then the Mercato  should be v 1.2.4   and I see that it had a update to the Mercato today  5/29

Have you installed the extension version that is correct for the cart version you are using??

Also,  are you sure that your minor changes haven't caused a conflict? We have this in use on several sites and have no issues with it.

Support / PayPal Pro in 1.3.3

Hello,  Can we still use PayPal Pro in 1.3.3,   there is no version in a clean install.  But an upgraded version still has it.  One of my clients has PayPal Pro for all it's features  -  need to know if it will continue to be updated in future versions of AbanteCart.

What cart version are you using?
You can see your version in the footer of your admin page

Hi, I navigated around your site,  changing categories,  changing display from grid to list,  all worked correctly.

Suggest you try clearing your system cache in admin,   and also your PC browser using cntl+f5
often times when doing lots of changes in your site, you need to remember to clear your cache.   AbanteCart has a robust caching system to speedup the delivery, works great on the customer end.  But can fail to update when admin is making lots of changes..

there is a known issue with authorize net for v 1.3.3 

The core devs have fixed it for the next release.   In the meantime you can find the patch file here

Hi,   I have a different thought on your question -  you are NOT having them subscribe to a service.  It seems to me you are wanting to offer them different lengths of time for renting some equipment.   

I believe that would best be handled by the options that are built into the core products  - some info is found here:

A rough example:
You have a product  -  lawn mower,   you want to offer it for half day,  or 1 day,  or 2 days  or whatever  -  each length of time can have a different  pricing point

and you can add a option for delivery .  or ask us about our delivery extension which may be of interest to you,  currently not available thru the MarketPlace.

Hello,  we have submitted to the core devs a solution for this.   They have accepted our solution and merged it into the core files for the next AbanteCart v 1.3.4 when it is released in the future.

In the meantime we have posted the files changes to our WHY2 info center -  along with complete instructions on how to download and install them.  This should only be applied to AbanteCart v 1.3.3

Did you input your minimum sale requirement in the total field?

Be sure and SAVE you changes,  and you may need to clear your system Cache for it to show up.

Yes,  i understood previously  that you installed manually. 

BUT,  if you have cPanel and Softaculous  you can import your current installation into Softaculous for better management.   It is NOT a new installation,  it is an import of the existing installation.  Nothing will change, in your current installation.  It just allows you to do more things, with less hassle.

If you have Softaculous in your cPanel,  this will add the ability to change your admin password  which is your current issue.   It will also add the ability to clone or stage your existing site to test what is any issue you may have in updating your cart version or just testing out something new  -  all WITHOUT impacting your existing site.

If you have cPanel and Softaculous,  you can import an existing AbanteCart installation  to Softaculous. You will not need to know your Admin password.  Only need to be on the Softaculous app within your cPanel.
