Hi

I have created a new link in the Admin menu.

1. I searched for the word 'Quick' in admin.
2. I opened "text_short_stats" (this is just the text that says Quick Stats in admin)
3. I edited this text and now it looks like this:

But I have 2 problems which I need help with:

1. How can I get the URL to appear in white? At the moment it is invisible until I hover over it (see attachments)?
2. How can I get the links to display in the Abantecart i-frame (the main area where menu items appear for editing) instead of opening a new window to the URL?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi

I had this message after applying the coupon code at checkout:

Error: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!

But the message in my case is not helpful to the custome because the actual problem was that the basket did not contain the minimum spend of £1.

I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible for 1.2.9 to have more specific error messages for this issue?
2. Where can I edit this error message?

Hi

I added a PayPal Express logo under Company Logo (this is my site logo which customers can see when they go to PayPal to make payment). The logo is 90px x 90px so well within the allowed size.

When I go through my cart and make a payment, instead of the Company Logo showing, I get a placeholder. If I inspect the placeholder, it is looking for the following:

<img ng-src="http://www.mysite.com/test/image/18/82/8.png" alt="tester facilitator's Test Store" ng-if="mechantImageUrl" xo-merchant-image-resize="" class="ng-scope" src="http://www.mysite.com/test/image/18/82/8.png">

I have 2 questions:

1. There is no such folder inside image/. So why is it looking there?
2. I added a Company Logo via the PayPal Express extension, why isn't it showing that logo?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have this error on my test site:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method AHtml::getHomeURL() in /home/mysite/public_html/test/storefront/controller/common/footer.php on line 33

I checked the code at line 33 in the relevant footer.php and this is the code. It looks ok to me.
$this->data['home'] =  $this->html->getHomeURL();

Any ideas?

Hi

I created a new block on my LIVE site. In this block I have a link like this:

<i class="fa fa-shopping-cart" style="color: #ffffff;">
<br /></i></a><a href="http://www.mysite.com/index.php?rt=checkout/cart">
<span style="color: #ffffff;">  CART &nbsp; &nbsp; </span>

But when backup my LIVE site and load it into my TEST site and go to Checkout after adding some products, the cart is empty. This is because my Test site has a different URL (http://www.mysite.com/Test/index.php?rt=checkout/cart).

Is there a way I can use a URL that will work on both sites without any editing?

General Support / How to add menu on the Admin page?

Hi

Is it possible to edit the Admin page? I want to add a new menu item which is basically a hyperlink which should display as a frame on the right of the menu. For example, if the menu item says Links and I click, it should expand and show me Links. If one of the links is www.google.com and I click it, it should open www.google.com in the main admin window.

Make sense?

I created a new Zone called Middlesex (MDX).

When a customer creates a new account, Middlesex show up right at the bottom of the Zones list. How can I get it to show up near the other Zones which begin with the letter 'M'?

Hi

On a mobile, how can I change the order of the categories? For example the menu appears like this:

Home
Specials
Account
Login
Cart
Checkout
Jewellery

But I want it like this:

Jewellery
Specials
Account
Cart
Checkout
Login
Home

Also, is there a better mobile menu/theme? Algozone doesn't have one and I don't think has updated the mobile theme for over a year now.

I too have blurry images on my site. ALL images are blurry. All of my images look VERY clear and sharp when I preview them in Windows 10 or in Photoshop and the resolution is also very good. Any idea why they are being presented so poor in Abantecart?

I edited my Returns, Shipping and Privacy policy. I migrated the DB from Test/Dev to LIVE. Everything is fine except my Shipping Policy has not migrated. Is this part of SQL or in a separate file somewhere?

My shipping policy on the LIVE site still has the default "Some description" header.

On my Dev site I have 2 bottom banners enabled and 1 disabled. I migrated my SQL database from my Dev site to Live and it still sows all 3 banners on the Live site.

I checked Admin and it shows 2 banners are ON and 1 is OFF, but all 3 still show up on the storefront.

I cleared the cache on the Abantecart admin GUI and my internet explorer but no change.

Any ideas? Did I forget to migrate a specific file?

Hi

In the Abantecart Demo version http://demo.abantecart.com/?s=demo_admin (1.2.8) you have Analytics & Insights under Reports in the admin menu. I have version 1.2.8 and I do NOT have this option under Reports.

I installed the NeoWize extension but as I do not have Anyalytics & Insights, I cannot see NeoWize.

Please can someone tell me why I cannot see this option? I definitely have version 1.2.8.

Hi All,

When a customer signs up to the newsletter, they do not receive a confirmation email. Is it possible to send an automated response to anyone who signs up to emails? Something like this "thank you for registering with abc.com. We will send you updates when they are available".
